PCJC RECALIBRATE is a cohort designed to assist and resource pastors, leaders with strategic coaching to confront organizational, demographic, financial and church growth challenges that keep their churches from flourishing. Our goal is to assist PCJC churches in making strategic adjustments to create momentum to grow their church and reach their community for Jesus Christ!
