For our conference, our leader development process is based upon the ministry of Jesus who called out disciples to follow Him and live the way with Him. We want leaders that live like Jesus, love like Jesus and lead like Jesus. More simply, be a disciple and make a disciple.

To do this, we will begin with leader development — identity & character formation — which will be called LeaderFIT. It focuses on five key developmental areas of a leader's life in regards to their identity, calling, and character, all rooted in their God-given destiny.
