Why we exist

A movement from San Diego to Seattle — and beyond.

PCJC began with the sacrificial faith of four women and grew through Free Methodist pastors who reached out with love and compassion through the hardship of the WWII internment camps.

Today we are a thriving multi-ethnic network with an aggressive vision: to plant 20 new churches across the Pacific Rim within the next ten years.

The Vision Frame

Healthy leaders build healthy churches

Our leadership development pathway forms leaders across three dimensions — fit, shape and care.

LeaderFit

Discerning calling and readiness — the right leader, in the right role, for the right season.

02 — Shape

LeaderShape

Forming character and competency through intentional, relational development.

03 — Care

Sustaining leaders through soul care, support and authentic community.
