    • **PLEASE NOTE: this year’s retreat does not fall on a three-day weekend, so it is one day shorter than in years past

  • Location: Oak Glen Christian Conference Center in Yucaipa, CA

    • Early Bird registration if registered by 12/14/2025: $290 for Students (there is a $10 credit card fee if paying by CC online)

    • Beginning 12/15/25: registration increases $50 to $340

    • Registration deadline is December 31, 2025

  • Theme: “Fan into Flame”

    • Our theme for Midwinter is “Fan into Flame” based on Paul’s encouragement found in 2 Timothy 1:6-9. This past year, many students have experienced growth in their relationships with God. But our faith is not meant to be kept to ourselves. Instead, our faith is to serve as a light and testimony for the world. Our vision for this retreat is for students to fan the flame that God has ignited within them by seeing the power, love, and self-discipline the Spirit has given them. Not only do we want students to grow in their personal relationships with their Savior, but we want to equip them with tools they can use down the mountain and beyond their tenure in youth ministry to be a light and witness for Christ.
