Introduction

LeaderFIT

For our conference, our leader development process is based upon the ministry of Jesus who called out disciples to follow Him and live the way with Him. We want leaders that live like Jesus, love like Jesus and lead like Jesus. More simply, be a disciple and make a disciple. To do this, we will begin with leader development (identity & character formation), which will be called LeaderFIT, which will focus on the following key developmental areas of a leader’s life in regards to their identity, calling, and character that is based in their God-given destiny.

  • SPIRITUALLY Fit leaders

  • RELATIONALLY Fit leaders

  • EMOTIONALLY Fit leaders

  • FINCIALLY Fit leaders

  • PHYSICALLY Fit leaders

LeaderSHAPE

Our leadership development process will be called LeaderSHAPE and will focus on knowledge acquisition and skill development in the following areas:

  • Leadership Development: The PCJC will become a strategic training center to develop and multiply healthy leaders who can reproduce themselves.

  • Developing Healthy Networks: The PCJC will become a strategic training center to develop and multiply healthy leaders who can reproduce themselves. We will do so by:

  • Planting churches: RIZE Church Planting exists to plant, replant, recalibrate and adopt diverse churches in strategic cities in the US and beyond by

  • Recalibrating Churches: Our goal is to assist PCJC churches in making strategic adjustments to create momentum to grow their church and reach their community for Jesus Christ!

  • Next Generation: The PCJC will be dedicated to targeting and reaching a generation that is on the verge of reshaping the very foundation of American culture.

LeaderCARE

The next concentric circle of our developmental process will be LeaderCARE which will focus on the leader learning how to do soul care in their personal life, soul care in a confessional community of like-minded leaders and multiplying soul care in their leadership circles where healthy reproducing disciples can be fostered and developed. This process will focus on the following:

  • Personal SELF-care and the skill sets to better steward one’s life (Ezek 3:10-11)

  • Relational SOUL-care: Learning how to resolve conflict in oneself and with others that moves towards reconciliation so that we can be sons and daughters of the reconciled life in Christ. Relational skill sets will be taught and practiced.

  • OTHER-care: Learning to live a reconciled life as one reconciled to God, reconciled with the self and now learning to provide that same healing and restorative reconciliation to and with others as we join the Father in the family business of reconciliation (2 Cor 5:18-19).
