Ensuring Network & Church Health

We have identified 5 strategic geographical regions in our conference to network/link PCJC Senior Pastors who live in a common geographical vicinity.

The goal of our networking strategy is to:

• Equip and Resource Senior Pastors in their RECALIBRATION efforts.
• Develop a Strategy to impact their region collectively and individually.
• Provide Personal Coaching for our Pastors
• Share and Build Conference Vision
• Create a collaborative, safe and healthy environment to pray, dream, grow and build together.
