Both Peyton and I are part of the PCJC family and serve as co-leaders of NewBreed Training — a ministry committed to equipping church planters and disciple-makers through biblical frameworks and practical tools. Our heart is to serve pastors and planters in the trenches with training that’s field-tested, reproducible, and Spirit-led.

We currently offer:

  • Discipology – a full framework for building a culture of everyday disciple-making (includes a textbook, journal, bible plan, and training cohorts)

  • Plantology – comprehensive coaching and resources for planters and teams, based on Peyton’s book Church Plantology

  • Workshops & Coaching – leadership development for churches, networks, and districts

  • Free resources – podcasts, team training, downloadable tools, and more

    • Everything we do is designed to help leaders make disciples who make disciples, launch healthy teams, and multiply mission-shaped churches. We’d be honored to be included on the PCJC resource list and are happy to customize support for any of our districts.
