STEVE GLADEN Steve has been Global Pastor of Small Groups at Saddleback Church since 1998. He oversees the launch and development of over 7,000 small groups on multiple campuses. He has authored Small Groups With Purpose and Leading Small Groups With Purpose. He frequently speaks at conferences and consults with church leaders both in both small and large churches around the world. Steve is also the Founder of the Small Group Network.
JASON GARCIA Jason is the PCJC and RIZE Church Planting Network Lead. He is the former Pastor of National Church Strategies for Saddleback Church. He has 33 years experience in Senior / Executive Pastoral leadership and culturally architecting educational, corporate, political and faith based organizations. His expertise in organizational/ leadership development has allowed him to work with some of the most influential Christian leaders of our time.
