Job Summary: Oversee the music ministry primarily in worship services, developing and directing praise teams, supporting special programs and training youth music teams.

Compensation: Paid position based on experience with benefits for continuing education, book reimbursements, and retreats.

Time Required: 20 hours a week

Job Skills: Must have expertise in one or more musical disciplines such as vocals, instrument(s), performance and/or leading and training in the same. Formal training and/or church experience a plus. Must have good relational skills with people of all ages and ethnicities. Requires administrative abilities in planning, consistent follow-through, and good managerial skills.
